Subaio subscription management solution live at multiple Nordic banks
Subaio has gone live with its subscription management solution at a selection of Nordic banks, including new challenger Bulder Bank.
The Subaio product gives users an overview of their various subscriptions and recurring payments, and allows them to make changes to them or cancel them in-app.
Nordea, an investor in the company, was the first bank to implement Subaio. That was followed by Sparebanken Vest and its new digital offshoot, Bulder Bank.

“We can see that our product makes a difference for the end user. The first time many of them see the overview of their subscriptions, they are very surprised. Many of them cancel several subscriptions at once in the beginning,” says co-founder Thomas Laursen.
“We can see that our solution is in great demand – both among end users and banks. So we’re not done at all. We have several banks in our pipeline, and soon we will also launch outside the Nordic region.”
Founded in 2016 by Laursen and Brian Jørgensen, both formerly of Spar Nord Bank, Subaio has gone through a single funding round thus far, where it received an investment and partnership agreement from Nordea in June 2018.
