Azimo shake-up sees appointment of new CFO and COO
There’s been a shake-up at the top for Azimo as the fintech has a new chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO).
Tatiana Okhotina, who joined Azimo as head of finance in June 2014, has stepped into the CFO role, replacing Jakob Wrulich, who had been at the helm for five and a half years.
Dora Ziambra has been appointed the firm’s new COO. She takes on a role which had been left vacant since former COO Richard Ambrose became CEO in July 2019.
Ziambra joined Azimo in May 2014 and has held roles as head of business development, chief commercial officer and chief compliance and strategy officer.
“I’m delighted to announce a new COO and CFO at Azimo,” wrote Azimo CEO Ambrose on social media. “Both of them have played a huge part in our growth over many years.”
He adds: “We’re fortunate to have the depth of talent to fill these top roles internally. We’re lucky too that Azimo will continue to benefit from the experience and leadership of these two outstanding women.”
