InvestCloud kicks of digital transformation at Siebert Financial Corp
US broker-dealer and financial holding corporation Siebert Financial Corp has kicked off a wholesale digital transformation, selecting InvestCloud to lead the project.
InvestCloud is set to deploy a full suite of applications ranging from intuitive client-facing portals and mobile apps, to back-office operational automation.
Siebert and InvestCloud will apply a multi-phased conversion across the former’s technology infrastructure. The first two phases will focus on enhancing the digital client experience through an online platform.
The vendor also claims that Siebert will be able to consolidate its various digital applications, including clearing and functionality, from different technologies.
“Partnering with InvestCloud allows us to future-proof our technology,” says Gloria Gebbia, majority shareholder and board member of Siebert.
“As the world becomes more digital, the desire for clients to access their finances and interact with their investment advisor digitally continues to grow.”
Founded in 1967, Siebert Financial Corp is a holding company that conducts retail discount brokerage business through its subsidiary, Muriel Siebert & Co.
The company’s principal activity is providing online and traditional brokerage and related services to retail investors.
“Embarking on a digital transformation journey will benefit Siebert greatly – improving operational efficiency from front to back, while also providing exceptional client-centric experiences,” says John Wise, InvestCloud founder, CEO and chairman.
