Truliant Federal Credit Union picks Lodestar Technologies’ data solution
North Carolina-based Truliant Federal Credit Union has selected Lodestar Technologies and its Lodestar Enterprise Data Store (LDS).
Truliant will use the system as its “single, fully-integrated and accurate source of truth for all data,” as well as a cornerstone in its ongoing digital transformation.
According to Lodestar, its solution accurately aggregates all strategic data sources and allows for immediate access to data by “all levels of staff” for risk management, collections, fraud management, sales management and marketing campaigns.
“We absolutely see the value of business ready enterprise data in helping us make better informed decisions that ultimately benefit our member-owners,” says Todd Hall, president and CEO of Truliant.
“Digital strategy is at the forefront of our initiatives. Lodestar gives us an opportunity to review data from all sources to ensure a reliable, accurate and complete picture.”
Lodestar also offers integrations into the DNA core banking system provided by major banking technology firm Fiserv. Truliant FCU is a user of a multitude of Fiserv systems, and has been noted as case study by the tech firm.
