Emrys La Carte picks FSS Technologies for card issuance
Emrys La Carte, a French cooperative neobank, has selected FSS Technologies to provide its card issuance services.
The card management platform will run on the vendor’s private cloud FSSNet and will support “the complete gamut” of card lifecycle management.
FSS will help to enable the migration of Emrys La Carte’s current paper-based offering to “a modern card payment solution, with mobile app and online loyalty rewards.”
Wilfried Riviere, Emrys founder and CEO, says his firm selected FSS “after a rigorous selection process”.
He adds: “Their world-class processing platform and ability to support product innovations will help us to bring a unique and differentiated service to consumers in France, Belgium and ultimately other European markets.”
The Emrys card program offers customers an instant virtual prepaid card linked to a mobile app to “drive purchase frequency and deepen customer relationships”.
The card supports an open-loop wallet as well as a closed-loop loyalty rewards wallet. Customers can use the open-loop wallet to make payments at merchants affiliated to the Emrys network.
“Our partnership marks the latest milestone in FSS strategy to continually innovate at speed and scale,” says FSS chief revenue officer K. Srinivasan.
