Bankjoy signs up two new credit union customers
Digital banking provider Bankjoy has signed on two new credit unions for its online and mobile services.
CACL Federal Credit Union and Illinois-based SIU Credit Union have both opted to replace their legacy systems.
CACL FCU, which has around 11,600 members, aimed to offer more convenient options for its customers “on the go”.
Chief operating officer, Joshua Burgess, says that its legacy systems meant it didn’t have the “wow factor”.
He adds that the vendor impressed the team with the “layout and advancements within the platform compared to the competition”.
“Voice banking was a huge selling point for us, and we loved the idea of offering that service to our members.”
SIU Credit Union operates with 40,800 members and six branches across Illinois.
Bankjoy CEO, Michael Duncan, says that as digital demand continue to rise due to COVID-19, his firm is “please to provide our technology offerings to meet these growing demands.”
The vendor likes to announce its deal in bunches. So far Bankjoy has announced nine new credit union customers in 2020, with seven revealed in April.
