Singapore-based digital banking and data firm Percipient has raised $5 million to support the launch of new systems.
Silicon Valley venture capital firm Stat Zero sits behind the funding, Percipient’s first since a $720,000 seed round in 2017.
Percipient is hoping to boost its TWINNTM application programming interface (API) solution.
It says the software can help banks “create a lightweight, enhanced and API-ready representation of enterprise data and processes.”
According to the firm, a UAE-based bank has become to first to pilot TWINNTM, with an implementation set for completion by October.
“The Percipient team have experienced the challenges of system transformation first-hand,” says Navin Suri, co-founder and CEO of the company.
“This Stat Zero funding will help us reach the many financial services companies that are looking for a faster, simpler, more cost-effective and future-compatible way to solve these.”
