Elevations Credit Union selects Temenos Infinity for front office revamp
Colorado-based Elevations Credit Union has selected Temenos and its Infinity system, deploying it on a hosted basis.
Temenos says its system will streamline processes for the credit union. It adds Elevations can provide “differentiated” member experiences on mobile and online.
Elevations Credit Union serves over 140,000 members throughout seven counties in Colorado.
Founded in 1952 as the credit union for the University of Colorado, it holds more than $2 billion in assets. It switched its name to Elevations in 2006.
Craig Draayer, Elevations’ director of digital experience, says the firm sees improving experience as a “key element” of its plans.
“With a highly engaged staff, and the right digital technology in place, we can create seamless, personalised experiences for our members.”
He adds Temenos will help his firm support “each member’s financial journey 24 hours a day, wherever they are”.
Launching in days
Temenos claims that more than 600 financial institutions in the US and Canada are using Infinity.
The system is often packaged in with the Temenos Transact core banking system. Recent package deals include Varo Bank in the US and Somalia-based Sombank.
“Elevations will be able to support its members with a wide range of services,” says Alexa Guenoun, Temenos president for the Americas.
“The credit union will be able to grow and respond to today’s member demands as they develop, launching new products and services in days instead of months.”
Temenos signed a trio of Irish credit unions at the start if this year, all on its Community Banking hosted front-to-back platform.
The firm has positioned its Infinity platform as a means through which credit unions can improve digital services to customers.
It also offered the system as a way process small business loans applications during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
