Looking for a new job can be an exciting experience. However, it can also be overwhelming, especially in the current global climate. Where do I start? How do I put myself out there? What can I do to help my chances? Who is recruiting now?

You’ll report directly to the COO and lead a team of 20-25 people who are responsible for the brand and communications, the community work and the acquisition growth engine (organic and paid), as well as the interactions with institutions, government and charities, and the brand’s work to support vulnerable customers and advance financial inclusion.
The successful candidate will own and lead Monzo’s overall marketing and communications strategy and goals, while also being responsible for day-to-day management and guidance of team leads within the marketing team, including hiring, training and developing a world-class team.
This role is based in London (though remote for now).
