Baptist Health Federal Credit Union picks Finastra system
Arkansas-based Baptist Health Federal Credit Union has picked Finastra and its Fusion Digital Banking system.
The credit union, which serves healthcare organisation Baptist Health of Arkansas, also selected Allied Bill Payment from Allied Payment Network.
It hopes the two systems will enable it to revamp its digital banking processes and account-to-account transfers.
“Robust digital banking capabilities are no longer just a means to appeal to a young and digitally-savvy member base,” says Mike Gorman, Baptist Health FCU CEO.
“Our digital channels will enable us to best serve our members, even as they launch careers that take them all over the country.
“User-friendly access to a complete suite of banking services is more critical than ever before.”
Recent US takers of Fusion Digital Banking include Climate First Bank, Central State Bank, and Christian Investors Financial.
“Baptist Health FCU is committed to providing its members with the best experience,” says Finastra’s Americas GM Chris Zingo.
“The credit union has access to a suite of solutions that deliver with improved efficiencies and reduced costs.”
