Fiserv shakes up execs with clutch of new C-level appointments
Fiserv has appointed Guy Chiarello as chief operating officer and Suzan Kereere as chief growth officer.
Chiarello moves from his current position of chief administrative officer at Fiserv; Kereere joins on 6 July having most recently been global head of merchant sales & acquiring at Visa.
Kereere’s background also includes senior roles at American Express, including head of its US National Merchant Business and head of its Global Network Business.
The company’s new chief administrative officer and chief legal officer will be Adam Rosman, who will rejoin Fiserv from personal instalment loan company, OneMain Financial.
Prior to OneMain, he served as general counsel for First Data and played a key role in its merger with Fiserv.
He has also served as EVP, group general counsel for Willis Group Holdings, and as assistant US attorney and deputy staff secretary to President Bill Clinton.
The chief operating officer role had been held by Fiserv president, Frank Bisignano, before he assumed the role of CEO in July 2020. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was chairman and CEO of First Data.
Like Bisignano, Chiarello has a First Data background, having been president from mid-2013, following a long career at JP Morgan Chase, ultimately as CIO.
