Christian Financial Credit Union picks NCR tech for digital banking revamp
Christian Financial Credit Union has selected NCR and its DI platform to provide digital banking solutions.
NCR says the Michigan-based credit union can deploy a single digital banking platform that will “drive exceptional member experience”. It covers card controls, alerts, credit monitoring, and money management.
“Our members are at the centre of all we do, and they deserve to have the best, most intuitive digital tools at their fingertips,” says Patty Campbell, president and CEO of Christian Financial Credit Union.
“NCR’s platform seamlessly integrates with our other technology providers of choice, powering a robust experience that allows us to quickly innovate.”
The credit union is also deploying NCR’s integrated marketing solutions for client engagement.
Douglas Brown, president for digital banking at NCR, says organisations that prioritise investment software and services are “well positioned to compete” as digital strategies change.
Earlier this month, NCR signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of LibertyX, a cryptocurrency software provider.
LibertyX provides a digital currency solution which runs on ATMs, kiosks, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
It also partners with independent ATM operators, like Cardtronics, who own and manage sites at convenience stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
