Corporate Governance Analyst, CSC
This is a great new opportunity as CSC looks to expand their Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) team!
CSC’s GSM team offers corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in more than 140 countries around the globe.
The firm is looking for a self-starter capable of working from home or from an office in Canary Wharf. For the right candidate, this position could be 100% remote.
You would be working closely with teams in the US and London. Someone who loves problem solving, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position.
You will be assisting clients with their annual compliance events along with any corporate secretarial filings needed throughout the year.
Requests can vary due to each clients’ company structure, and each transaction is unique and stimulating. You will coordinate with both clients and third-party partners around the world to prepare and file annual compliance filings such as annual general meetings, annual returns, confirmation statements, and license renewals to keep entities in good standing.
You will also act as European liaison for teams located in the United States, and develop over time an understanding of the different compliance and regulatory landscapes in EU countries.
Broadridge continues to grow, and they are always looking for quality Account Managers to join the existing teams in London.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Broadridge’s regional clients.
You will focus on cultivating relationships across the firm with a focus on senior client executives and decision makers.
You will focus on retaining 100% of the client base and developing account plans based on a cross-Broadridge understanding of the client as well as finding opportunities to drive new sales opportunities.
The individual in this role must have strong leadership and influencing skills and must partner closely with and look to influence business leaders and key decision makers both internally and with client organisations.
Negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment are critical for this role.
Oracle’s Digital Advertising team is seeking a Paid Social Manager to implement Oracle’s paid social strategy. You will be managing the planning and activation of the strategy across all of Oracle’s social channels in EMEA.
This is an exciting new opportunity to work with an in-house arm of social media experts. This role will be based in London and will report to the Global Director, Paid Social Advertising.
The successful candidate will develop strategic plans and work with a team to implement tactics based on best practices, manage budgets for specific campaigns and optimise performance to drive efficient and effective results.
You will also deliver on the value of paid social strategies and tactics through in-depth analysis of performance from the click through pipeline and utilise external reporting data sources to optimise business metrics outside of just platform data.
The ideal candidate will need strong knowledge of the paid social landscape and best practices with experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Twitter.
Experience working with various Ad Tech tools like Scope (4C Insights), Sprinklr, Adobe, and Google Campaign Manager is important. You will spend most of your time digging into social campaigns.
