Airbank picks Yapily to launch major bank API connections
German cash management and banking platform Airbank has selected Yapily to build out a new financial management solution.
Airbank serves small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and provides cash management tools aggregating all users’ banking accounts into one dashboard.
The firm says its customers can monitor cash flow in real time, create “reliable forecasts”, and make business payments through its platform.
Yapily says it will connect with Airbank to provide API connections to more than 1,500 banks across the UK and Europe.
The partners also claim users will be able to “turn raw data from bank accounts into meaningful and actionable insights” and avoid the use of manual tools like spreadsheets.
“Open banking has enabled smooth integrations with banks, which we utilise to offer richer banking and payments experiences,” says Christopher Zemina, co-founder and CEO of Airbank.
“We’re building a business banking solution that connects all your financial accounts in one place. Our partnership with Yapily gives users a smooth and simple way to connect to thousands of banks in Europe.”
London-based Yapily raised $51 million in Series B funding earlier this year, following a $13 million Series A from 2020.
