Senior Tech Recruiter, OakNorth
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) are one of the biggest drivers of growth and innovation in economies all over the world. Despite these companies being a powerful force in the economy, many SMEs find it difficult to raise capital during critical stages of their company growth.
Traditional commercial lending is optimised to make loans that are either too small to be effective or too large and expensive to be practical. At OakNorth, their mission is to help lenders fill this gap which they refer to as the “Missing Middle.”
They are building a SaaS platform called the Credit Intelligence Suite which transforms commercial lending by helping banks build deeper relationships with their clients, open new, more profitable opportunities, whilst delivering credit decisions up to ten times faster than traditional models, with lower risk and greater efficiency.
As a senior tech recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment for all technical hiring: engineers (full stack, front end, backend), product management and product designers. You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in the business. This is a highly visible, high impact role, where you will have the accountability to innovate and scale yourself unlike any other organisation you have worked for.
Software Test Engineer, Oracle
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing a cloud-native application that hosts commerce websites for some of the industries global brands. Java is at the heart of Oracle’s Commerce product but they take advantage of many modern techniques, including PaaS, microservices, agile methodology, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps to deliver an industry-leading offering. You can expect to join a highly supportive team that values hard work, creativity and innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. They will also develop and execute software test plans, while analysing and writing test standards and procedures.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilised during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. You will develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. You will need to be fully competent in your own area of expertise. You may have held a project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel, and you will also need a BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
Senior Manager, Global Export Controls & Sanctions, Deloitte
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Deloitte Global Export Controls and Sanctions team based in London, United Kingdom. This is an exciting role working in the largest global export controls practice in Europe within the Big Four space. They are looking for individuals with an experienced background in global export controls and sanctions which can be from a legal, consulting, industry or regulatory background.
The role will involve identifying, managing and developing a portfolio of clients and supporting the growth of the Deloitte Global Export Controls and Sanctions practice. Working with a team of experienced and dedicated trade compliance professionals, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver high quality advice and exceptional client service to global clients.
Their services focus on delivering solutions that cover all aspects of trade compliance. The clients are varied across all industries providing you an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of complex trade compliance projects.
This role will demand an experienced trade compliance expert with strong teaming skills who is seeking to lead and work within a dynamic team in a growing market.
