Duration: 1 hour
The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation efforts across the financial industry to new highs, with companies looking to keep up with changing consumer demands, shifting regulatory and environmental requirements, and the growing number of neobanks looking to lure customers with cutting-edge digital offerings.
With the space evolving every day, banks need flexibility in their backend and middle office operations.
You need to be able to deploy a capability that gives you the ability to be malleable and make changes on the fly so that you can react to unplanned events or new developments quickly and without spending millions of dollars each time.
The operations at many financial institutions are currently fragmented and in need of modernisation and unity to streamline processes and create an improved experience for customers, clients, and internal associates.
So how should banks and FIs look to approach their digital transformation efforts to ensure operational flexibility and a seamless experience for end users?
In FinTech Futures’ free webinar on 9 December 2021, banking and financial experts will explore:
- The challenges banks face today
- How banks can seize the opportunity to be bold and future-proof their operations
- Steps to take to benefit your banking operations
