Business Development Associate, Klarna
Klarna was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005. They serve over 90 million consumers worldwide, and partner with 250,000 merchants – with a new merchant joining them every 8 minutes. Their offices are spread over 17 different markets, hosted by 5000+ employees from 100+ nationalities.
In this role, you will find and determine the key stakeholders of target companies by doing thorough stakeholder mapping and research.
You will use internal and external networks to pinpoint relevant connections to these key individuals, which will help the commercial organisation enter negotiations quickly and win over target companies. You will also be doing personal outreach to these stakeholders and booking high value pitch meetings.
You will be laying the foundation for Klarna’s most important deals and partnerships. This is a crucially important role to the company and you will therefore work closely with, and present your findings to the senior commercial teams and Klarna’s C-level executives.
As you will be gaining a deep understanding in how Klarna works as a B2B commercial organisation, there is a great opportunity to grow into a sales, marketing or client success role as the next step in your career.
Head of Customer Resolution, Starling Bank
At Starling Bank, the customer always comes first and this is an important quality they look for in all their colleagues. They’re looking for a Head of Customer Resolution to join their operations management team and strategically lead their complaints and escalations function.
The Head of Customer Resolution will develop, lead and maintain the complaint handling framework for Starling Bank, focusing on a customer-centric approach. This is a strategic role which will work with and influence stakeholders across the bank to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach is delivered.
Additionally, this role will work with external stakeholders such as the financial ombudsman and other external parties, working with them to resolve complaints which have been referred to them and drive longer term service improvements.
If you have demonstrative experience leading a complaints function within a regulated environment, this might be the role for you.
