We have run our research to fill this knowledge gap and present basic behavioral trends amongst insurance prospects and clients, especially throughout the pandemic.
This free report has been drawn up on the basis of an online survey, distributed in mid-2020. The research was run from the perspective of individual insurance clients, in regions of various insurance advancement and regulations.
The sample does not correspond with the views of the whole population but is a useful illustration of the potential trends in the market.
The questions we’ve asked were categorised into five groups:
- the insured,
- the uninsured,
- those planning to get insurance in the next three months,
- those not planning to get insurance in the next three months,
- and those not sure if they’re going to get it in that timeframe.
