Here’s a bit of a taster of what’s on offer…
B2B Marketing Associate, Klarna
Klarna is one of Europe’s largest banks and is providing payment solutions for 90 million consumers across more than 250,000 merchants in 17 countries. Klarna offers direct payments, pay after delivery options, and installment plans in a smooth, one-click purchase experience that lets consumers pay when and how they prefer to.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the ability to combine creativity and business acumen in order to elevate Klarna’s brand equity across all relevant channels. You will support the UK and Ireland B2B senior marketing manager by planning and executing retailer-facing campaigns and activations in-market.
You will execute marketing plans to support the UK&I business goals and drive the adoption of Klarna’s business solutions amongst many partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be capable of coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and priorities with the gravitas to both consult and execute in one of the best marketing organisations in the world. You won’t be afraid to pitch new ideas and bring them to fruition.
You will also evaluate marketing efforts to develop the right messaging and campaigns to accelerate the adoption of Klarna’s business solutions in the UK&I market. The successful candidate will work closely with Klarna’s global B2B/EU marketing team to report results.
Customer Experience Team Leader, Xero
Small business makes the world go round – it’s the heart of the global economy. Xero wants millions of small businesses to thrive through better tools, information, and connections. Like all great challenges, they can’t do it by themselves: they work closely with customers, partners, and other friends to push innovation forward, turning Xero into the online business platform for the world.
Founded in 2006 in New Zealand, Xero is one of the fastest growing Software-as a-Service (SaaS) companies globally. The role of the customer experience team is to delight, support, and give advice to clients with regard to the use of the Xero platform. In this role as customer experience team leader, you’ll lead customer experience team members and ensure the team and customers are well supported. In addition, you’ll advise and support other team members as well as monitoring and motivating individuals within the team, keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll be a key member of the customer experience leadership group where you will drive performance and culture through highly effective coaching and feedback, as well as creating an environment where your team feels psychologically safe.
Revolut is one of the fastest growing fintech companies globally. Having won numerous awards and been selected as one of KPMG’s Global Fintech 100, Revolut is embarking on the next stage of its expansion.
As a DevOps engineer, you will be working closely with the development teams to support Revolut’s IT infrastructure and address requirements for new infrastructure/software.
