Oklahoma’s First National Bank & Trust taps CSI for core banking upgrade
Oklahoma’s First National Bank & Trust has selected US banking tech vendor CSI’s NuPoint core banking platform to enhance its customer-facing operations.
First National Bank & Trust has four branches throughout Oklahoma. It says it starting looking for a new core banking solution after experiencing service outages and a lack of product choice with its previous provider.
CSI says its NuPoint core banking platform leverages the latest industry technology and provides enhanced customer support.
The bank will also look to utilise CSI’s online and mobile capabilities, website design services and payments solutions, which are fully integrated with the core banking platform.
“After speaking with other NuPoint users, it became clear that CSI has the experience and technology needed to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” says Kyle Powell, president and CEO of First National Bank & Trust Company of Okmulgee.
Last month, Alabama-based Community Spirit Bank (CSB) selected the NuPoint core banking platform to consolidate its banking technology into a single platform.
CSI offers core processing, digital banking, managed cybersecurity, payments processing and regulatory compliance solutions to financial institutions.
