FinTech Futures Jobs: Three new roles if you’re considering a great resignation
Thinking about your own “great resignation”? You wouldn’t be alone if you were.
While much of this new workplace phenomenon has been reported with a US focus – in January, nearly 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs – it’s happening in the UK too.
The Office of National Statistics (ONS) reports that resignations rose from the end of 2020 through the next six months, and then significantly exceeded pre-pandemic levels in the final quarter of 2021. In November 2021, a UK survey of 6,000 workers discovered that 24% were planning a change or a move within the next three to six months.
If that’s you, then we have highlighted three tempting jobs below, and for even more open roles, check out our Job Board.
Python Software Engineer, Hazy
The company: Hazy is the synthetic data platform of choice for financial institutions that want to conduct sophisticated data analysis by creating a synthetic copy that contains no original information and is completely safe to share, ensuring no GDPR concerns.
Benefits on offer: A competitive salary and a generous holiday allowance are just the start of the package for this role. You’ll get a day off on your birthday, and another full day a year for you to “pay it forward” and spend the day volunteering. A high-end laptop and remote working policy help with WFH, and you’ll get £150 a year towards any professional or personal course of your choice.
The role: The Python Software Engineer will join Hazy’s world-class engineering team to design and build features and systems.
About you: At least three to four years’ experience as a software engineer or software developer and a BSc degree in computer science or engineering are essential.
