Consumer finance provider Home Credit appoints Jan Cenkr as group CIO
Global consumer finance provider Home Credit has appointed Jan Cenkr as its new group chief information officer (CIO).
Cenkr will take over the role from Khalid Al Husseini and as CIO will focus on software development and developing lighter IT architecture.
He will also work to ensure compliance with GDPR equivalent regulations across the lendtech’s various global markets.
Under Cenkr’s stewardship, the firm, which currently operates across Europe and Asia, will be working towards the launch of its new Global Mobile App (GMA).

Cenkr, who has been with Home Credit since 2016, joined from ČEZ where he was director of IT operations. At Home Credit, he was most recently CIO of Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan and, previously, head of software development.
