Linkbancorp taps Jack Henry for digital banking and lending upgrade
Banking technology provider Jack Henry & Associates has been selected by Pennsylvania-based Linkbancorp, the holding company of The Gratz Bank and Linkbank, to modernise and digitise its customer-facing services.
Linkbancorp will utilise Jack Henry’s digital banking and lending offerings including the Banno Digital Platform and LoanVantage.
Founded in 2018, Linkbancorp supports businesses in Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania. A merger in 2021 with The Gratz Bank doubled its asset size to more than $1 billion.
Linkbancorp CEO Andrew Samuel says: “We identified four key components that were most important to our strategy: open API, cloud-based infrastructure, native mobility, and modular architecture; Jack Henry delivers in all areas and more.”
The company will also look to utilise Jack Henry’s existing industry partnerships, with Samuel adding the firm can now quickly adopt technologies from specialised fintechs “that would otherwise have taken us 6-12 months to implement”.
“These partnerships complement the Jack Henry platform and support our growth strategy, allowing us to compete with larger financial institutions locally.”
