iBanFirst taps Fenergo for client lifecycle management solution
Payments service provider (PSP) iBanFirst has tapped Fenergo, a software provider for financial institutions, for its software-as-a-service (SaaS) client lifecycle management (CLM) solution.
iBanFirst helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporates manage international payments and foreign exchange (FX) exposure.
Fenergo’s cloud-native CLM and know your customer (KYC) solution will be integrated with iBanFirst’s existing Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software as the firm looks to streamline its end-to-end customer journey, simplify its KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) processes and boost efficiencies through automation.
iBanFirst chief operations officer (COO) Diane Reille says Fenergo’s SaaS solution will “future-proof” the business, allowing it to offer “faster and more effective” digital customer onboarding.
Reille adds that as the firm continues to expand globally, the ability to balance strong customer experience with global regulatory compliance is “crucial”.
Fenergo’s chief strategy and marketing officer Stella Clarke adds the company’s solution provides a “complete view” of clients for iBanFirst, and ensures full compliance with global and domestic regulations.
In April, the Irish regtech acquired AI-powered anti-money laundering (AML) firm Sentinels for an undisclosed sum.
