Global paytech GPS appoints three new non-exec directors
London-based paytech platform Global Processing Services (GPS) has appointed three financial services and payments veterans as independent non-executive directors.
The three are: Paulette Rowe, former CEO of Paysafe’s integrated and e-commerce solutions division; Shane Happach, current CEO of Singapore-based paytech Coda and a former head of global e-commerce at Worldpay; and Lynn McCreary, a former chief legal officer (CLO) at Fiserv.
“One of the most influential women in payments”, Rowe will leverage her experience across card-based and virtual wallet payment solutions. Prior to Paysafe, Rowe was head of payments and financial services partnerships at Facebook. She has also held senior roles over a 20 year-period across Barclaycard, Royal Bank of Scotland and Tesco Bank.
Coda CEO Happach is an “experienced” global payments executive with a focus on enterprise sales and fintech.
Prior to Coda, Happach was CEO of payments fintech Mollie for two years, and spent more than a decade at Worldpay, where he held a number of senior positions, including chief commercial officer (CCO).
McCreary brings more than three decades of experience in legal, business and executive leadership roles to GPS, having worked at financial services and payments firm Fiserv for 11 years, serving as CLO since 2013.
In October, the firm appointed Kim Ohlrogge as its new chief product officer (CPO).
