Suffolk Building Society partners ieDigital for new digital savings platform
Suffolk Building Society has partnered with London-based fintech ieDigital to develop a new digital savings platform for its customers.
The new eSavings platform will be powered by ieDigital’s Interact software, which provides digital financial applications that work alongside existing systems. ieDigital says its tech will help improve customer onboarding and accessibility as well as security.
The project, which is set to be delivered over the coming months, forms part of the building society’s ongoing digital transformation across many areas of its business.
Suffolk Building Society chief commercial officer Lee Gladwell says the firm’s digital transformation is designed to ensure it remains “as relevant and robust in the future as it is today”.
“Part of this journey includes our partnership with ieDigital, which is designed to position us for scalable growth.
“By enabling savings customers to interact with us digitally, we are also contributing towards our much wider aim to digitise customer journeys and reduce paper,” Gladwell adds.
Suffolk Building Society is a mutual organisation founded in 1849. It has branches throughout Suffolk and offers a range of savings and mortgage products.
