Swiss challenger Radicant taps NetGuardians for fraud detection software
Swiss digital sustainability bank Radicant has partnered with NetGuardians to deploy its anti-fraud software for protection of payments.
NetGuardians’ software leverages behavioural analytics, machine learning and AI to develop customer profiles and monitor transactions in real-time. The software provides a risk score by comparing it against the customer profile, reducing the volume of false positives while decreasing operational costs.
“NetGuardians’ AI-based risk platform is yet another facet of our robust security network,” says Roland Kläy, co-CEO and CFO of Radicant. “It is important we build our bank on the best possible software to fight fraud and provide our customers with a reliable and seamless product.”
Radicant Bank, which received its banking licence from Swiss regulator FINMA in May 2022, aims to offer sustainable banking and wealth management solutions to customers, by promoting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN.
NetGuardians is a Swiss fintech offering its fraud detection solutions to over 80 banks and wealth managers in Switzerland and overseas. Its recent clients include Twint and Bank of Africa.
