People on the Move: Mark Miller and Pete Sinisgalli, Billtrust

Billtrust, a Hamilton, N.J.-based provider of outsourced billing services, announced the addition of Mark Miller, chairman and CEO of consumer digital services company Allconnect, and Pete Sinisgalli, director of supply chain solutions provider Manhattan Associates, to its board of directors.
Prior to Miller’s 10-year tenure with Allconnect, he was president and chief operating officer of Equifax. He also served as president and CEO of Galileo International. Other positions included president and COO of Cendant Corp.’s travel division, CEO of PHH Fleet Services and president of GE Capital Financial.
As former president and CEO and now director of Manhattan Associates, Sinisgalli has played a major role in that company’s rise in the supply chain service industry. Previously, he was president and CEO of NewRoads Inc., and he spent six years at CheckFree Corp., rising to become the company’s president.
