People on the Move: Rebecca Polley, Traxpay

Traxpay, a Mountain View, Calif.-based financial transactions platform provider, has appointed Rebecca Polley chief financial officer. For the past 20 years, she has helped build and manage a wide range of international financial organizations in the Internet, enterprise software and payment industries. She joins the company from Crytek, an independent game developer, where she supported the company’s growth into Asia and North America. Polley also managed the financial integration of several First Data acquisitions in Europe, completed an IPO with jobpilot AG and helped grow SAS Institute’s EMEA operations to more than $500 million in annual revenues, according to the company.
