People on the Move: Sarah McCrary, Leaf
Leaf, creator of a m-POS tablet, has appointed Sarah McCrary CEO. Formerly the company’s chief operating officer, McCrary succeeds Aron Schwarzkopf, who left to pursue other ventures, according to the company. McCrary, who has leadership experience in project and product development, previously served as strategic planning director at Heartland Payment Systems, collaborating with the company’s senior executives and partners on strategic initiatives. She also co-invented Heartland’s E3 end-to-end encryption technology.
