People on the Move: Nikhil Joseph, Jennifer Marble and Marcellena Wood, Mercator Advisory Group
Mercator Advisory Group has announced the addition of Nikhil Joseph and Jennifer Marble to its team of analysts, and Marcellena Wood as project manager of Consulting Services.
Joseph serves as an analyst with Mercator’s Emerging Technologies Service. He graduated in May 2014 with a master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he studied monetary policy and international business. While at Fletcher, Joseph worked on the MasterCard-funded “Cost of Cash” project, a multicountry study that compared the costs associated with transacting in cash with other noncash payment methods.
Marble began working as an intern with Mercator in early 2013. She has supported numerous research efforts across multiple services and authored or coauthored several research pieces on topics, including patterns in debit rewards and instant issuance, innovations within prepaid and the future of customer service within mobile applications.
Wood has nearly 15 years of project management experience and will be responsible for helping clients define the scope, process, methodology and deliverables for consulting projects, while ensuring goals and objectives of each project are met. She previously served as a forensic project manager recalibrating complex, multidirectional technology projects for Amazon e-commerce, among others.
