People on the Move: Richard Hall, Mercator Advisory Group
Mercator Advisory Group has hired Richard A. Hall as head of its Commercial and Enterprise Payments Advisory Service. He will be tracking industry trends and focusing on electronic accounts payable products and solutions, including commercial cards, ACH, invoicing and supply chain financing. Hall, a 20-year financial services industry veteran, previously was senior vice president of treasury management product and strategy for Associated Bank. He also served as commercial card executive and product director for First Bankcard.
