People on the Move: Tom Ochoa, CardCash.com
CardCash.com, a Brick, N.J.-based marketplace for secondary gift cards, has hired Tom Ochoa as senior vice president of business development. His duties include expanding CardCash.com’s growing list of corporate partnerships and leading the new company office in Silicon Valley. Ochoa, who has more than 10 years of experience in the prepaid market, previously served as a project manager at Blackhawk Network and as a systems integration consultant at InComm. He also built and managed the merchant services and technical operations organizations at Plastic Jungle Inc. CardCash.com last July acquired the assets of gift card exchange Website Plastic Jungle.
