Ubiquity Supports RushCard with Dispute, Chargeback Services (Oct. 30, 2014)
Ubiquity Global Services, a New York-based financial services and payments service company, will be the sole provider of dispute and chargeback services to UniRush LLC. Ubiquity’s specialized capabilities in managing the complex and highly regulated dispute process, while also providing cardholders with a positive customer experience, made them the obvious choice, according to the Cincinnati-based provider of the GPR prepaid RushCard. Ubiquity has been providing customer service for UniRush since announcing a multiyear deal in 2012. “We have worked extremely hard to build a dispute and chargeback solution that we believe is truly unique in the industry, and we’re thrilled to be able to work with the talented professionals at UniRush to implement this solution in support of RushCard,” said Cheryl Slipski, Ubiquity executive vice president.
