People on the Move: Robert Courtneidge, Locke Lord LLP
Robert Courtneidge, global head of the cards and payments practice, Locke Lord LLP, placed No. 1 in the Payments 2015 Power 10 rankings. The Payments Power 10 recognizes top contributors to the payment industry through nominations from the international payments community. Results were announced this week at PayExpo, an annual payments technology event in the U.K.
Courtneidge is noted for his knowledge and experience in the e-money area, where he has acted on matters for major financial institutions international technology providers. He has more than 25 years of experience in the cards and payment systems. He is one of only a few in the industry to be included on the list for four consecutive years. Earlier this year, Courtneidge was selected as one of the Top 10 Payments Lawyers by Paybefore.
