InComm Adds MetaBank as Prepaid Card Issuer (July 13, 2015)
On the heels of its renewed contract with NetSpend, MetaBank, through its Meta Payment Systems division, has announced an agreement to be an issuing bank for Atlanta-based InComm’s prepaid card programs.
Synergies between Meta and InComm will serve both companies well, according to MetaBank President Brad Hanson, which will lead to providing innovative electronic payment solutions to consumers through InComm’s extensive retail channel.
“Meta has tremendous knowledge and experience managing third-party relationships, implementing and issuing card programs and providing regulatory and compliance oversight,” Hanson tells Paybefore. “InComm has strong processing capabilities, program management experience and significant distribution channels.”
