Comment Deadline Reminder: Nov. 27 for N.Y. Payroll Regs
Nov. 27 may be Black Friday, but it’s also the deadline to comment on potentially harmful payroll card regulations pending in the state of New York. The state’s Department of Labor issued a revised proposal late last month, but many in the industry are concerned that the agency hasn’t addressed some of the most pressing concerns, including a list of prohibited fees that may jeopardize providers’ ability to offer the cards in New York.
