People on the Move: Priti Parekh, Clutch Group
Clutch Group, a global legal, risk and compliance analytics and consulting firm, has hired Priti Parekh to serve as the company’s Global COO. In the role, Parekh will work closely with all seven offices of Clutch (Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, London, Bangalore, Zurich and Hong Kong) to help scale Clutch’s operational capacity and administrative and logistical functions. Prior to joining Clutch, Parekh was the senior managing director of Copal Amba, a Moody’s Analytics company, where she managed more than 2,300 financial analysts spread across South America and Asia. Before that, Parekh was the COO/global delivery head at Amba Research, where she developed the firm’s compliance services vertical.
