People on the Move: Tim Reynolds, National Merchants Association
Retailer advocacy group and services provider the National Merchants Association has appointed Tim Reynolds to the role of director of member support. In the role, Reynolds is responsible for merchant account maintenance and ensuring business owners have the tools and services they need to help their companies continue to grow. Reynolds previously spent 10 years with Bank of America, where he managed teams serving clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Temecula, Calif.-based National Merchants Association plans to double its local workforce to nearly 200 employees by the end of 2016, and forecasts an expansion of its team to more than 300 employees by the end of 2017.
