People on the Move: David Borecky, RentMoola Payment Solutions Board
RentMoola Payment Solutions Inc., an online global payment network for the rental and condo fee business, has named David Borecky to its board of directors. Borecky’s background includes financial and technology leadership roles at public and private companies. He currently serves as controller at e-commerce payment platform provider Stripe Inc., and has held senior management positions at mobile payments and point-of-sale solution provider Square Inc. He also worked in the treasury and finance departments at OpenText Corp. a provider of enterprise information management.
