People on the Move: Gautam Kalro, TransferTo
B2B cross-border mobile payments specialist TransferTo has appointed Gautam Kalro as country head, India, to lead the company’s expansion in that country. A native of India with more than 15 years of experience in the remittance industry, Kalro has led growth in partnerships, sales and marketing for MoneyGram and Western Union, both of which are long-term partners of TransferTo. The Singapore-based company also has offices in London, Miami, Mumbai, Dubai, Nairobi, San Francisco, Jakarta, Barcelona, Mexico City and San Salvador.
