People on the Move: Eric Cotton, Mandy Cooper, Central Payments
Central Payments, the payments division at Central Bank of Kansas City, has promoted two of its original employees to the company’s management team. Eric Cotton has been named vice president of program management, with responsibilities including managing the company’s Central Access Card and other white-label initiatives. Central Payments also promoted Mandy Cooper to the role of vice president of anti-money laundering and fraud prevention. A Certified Financial Crime Specialist, Cooper will lead Central Payments’ AML/BSA compliance efforts. Both Cotton and Cooper have served with Central Payments since it was formed by Central Bank of Kansas City in 2013.
