People on the Move: Marianne Sullivan, Finicity Board
Financial data aggregator Finicity has expanded its board of directors with the addition of Marianne Sullivan, who will assume the role of audit committee chair. Sullivan brings to the board 25 years of experience from Fannie Mae, where she most recently served as senior vice president of single-family strategic initiatives and business capabilities. During her tenure at Fannie Mae, Sullivan developed models and analytics to automate the assessment of underwriting and helped create a platform that enables lenders to validate loan application data upfront, including income, assets and employment.
