Companies on the Move: International Regtech Association Forms
International Regtech Association (IRTA), a global nonprofit association focusing on regulation technology has been formed, with more than 100 founding members. The executive board consists of regtech specialists across several sectors, including lawyers, consultants and software/solutions providers. Subas Roy, former global regtech head at EY is the chairman. Three vice-chairs are responsible for different geographies: Patrick Barnet, CEO of regtech solutions provider Qumram, looks after Europe; Matt Elton, CEO of management consultancy FinnoLux, is responsible for the Americas; and Julian Fenwhick, founder and CEO of online legal compliance training provider GRC Solutions, looks after Australia.
