Acuant finalises IdentityMind acquisition
Identity solutions provider Acuant has finalised its acquisition of IdentityMind, a digital identity firm.
The two companies have been in a strategic partnership since October 2019, but now Acuant will combine its identity proofing and verification platform with IdentityMind’s identity creation, risk scoring, transaction monitoring system.
“Never before has identity been so critical to building and maintaining a stable and productive economy,” says Yossi Zekri, president and CEO of Acuant.
“Businesses must rely on trusted identities to successfully transact, fight fraud and stay compliant.”
IdentityMind offers a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for online risk management and compliance. The company tracks client onboarding by building digital identities of customers.
“Establishing trust in customers and understanding risk is a vital part of success in the digital world,” said Garrett Gafke, CEO of the firm. “There is more innovation to come and we look forward to working with Acuant to make it happen.”
Acuant announced last year that it was on track to receive some record revenues for the year ending 2019.
It also signed a partnership agreement with global payment services provider Ceevo Group last month.
