Conductor selects ACI Worldwide systems for Latin America expansion
Brazilian card processor Conductor has selected ACI Worldwide’s UP Retail Payments and UP Payments Risk Management platforms as part of an expansion strategy in its acquiring business.
According to the vendor, it was selected as Conductor was looking for a partner with “a proven track record of digital payments success” in Brazil and Latin America.
Conductor plans to grow its acquiring business in its home region, and claims to have already signed three customers prior to its new solution going life in the second half of 2020.
The ACI solutions will be hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud.
“We are in growth mode and partnering with ACI is part of our expansion strategy, enabling us to meet the processing needs of this market, in an agile, flexible, robust and cost-effective manner,” says Antonio Soares, CEO of Conductor.
“And as we enter new businesses, leveraging ACI’s agile cloud-enabled solutions will allow us to better serve our customers’ need and more quickly achieve our growth goals.”
Mandy Killam, executive vice president and growth markets leader at ACI Worldwide, says that the firm’s solutions offer fast time to market and support digital needs, which allow companies like Conductor to “focus on growth.”
