NatWest deploys Synalogik Scout across multiple brands
NatWest has selected compliance firm Synalogik’s Scout data automation platform, deploying it in its fraud and compliance teams.
Synalogik says that NatWest can use Scout to gather “detailed and regulatory-compliant” risk scoring and enhance due diligence.
NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank, and Coutts will all deploy Scout.
“From pitch to proof of concept, Synalogik have quickly grasped our requirements and worked with us at pace to meet all of our corporate governance steps,” says Gavin Coull, enterprise fraud & authentication strategy lead.
“They bring both significant expertise and experience to the table and have developed a strong proposition.”
Daniel White, co-founder of Synalogik, belives that banks “of all sizes” are looking for affordable solutions.
He adds that his firm is giving organisations the “power and accuracy they need”.
