Diversity & Inclusion Hub
Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is about empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different in terms of age, gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.
It’s also about an organisation’s efforts and practices to ensure people from different backgrounds will be culturally and socially accepted, welcomed, and treated equally.
D&I plays an important role in providing a positive working environment that will enable innovation in any financial institution, company, bank or start-up. Although the fintech industry is rapidly rising in opportunities and growth, its D&I implementation and action is moving at a snail’s pace.
FinTech Futures has collated some of our most insightful content that focuses on promoting D&I across gender, race, religion, disability (both mental and physical) and LGBT+ rights.
Click on the features, magazines, news, podcasts, videos and webinars below for more!
Interested in contributing to our D&I Hub or have some ideas for us? Please get in touch with Paul Hindle, FinTech Futures’ Editor.
