Flowdesk bags $30m in Series A funding round
French digital asset fintech Flowdesk has raised $30 million (€28.3 million) in a Series A funding round led by Eurazeo and Aglae Ventures.
Also participating in the round were 15 firms including Coinbase and Speedinvest and over 20 angel investors from the tech and crypto space.
Flowdesk plans on using the new funds to grow and scale its platform as it looks to expand to the US. The firm is also aiming to increase its employee headcount from 35 to 100 by the end of this year.
Founded in 2020, with offices in Paris and Singapore, Flowdesk wants to transform the crypto financial industry by giving token issuers “more transparency and control” over their financial needs.
The firm’s trading infrastructure integrates over 70 centralised and decentralised exchanges. Flowdesk also provides digital asset services such as market-making, custody, brokerage and treasury management.
Guilhem Chaumont, co-founder and CEO of Flowdesk, says: “We are expanding both in terms of products and through an all-in-one platform dedicated for token issuers.”
